Akumal -Like a dream come true, the magnificent Bahia Principe is a hidden paradise featuring a distinctly Mayan influence, with rooms and suites distributed throughout 3-story villas surrounded by acres of tropical coconut palms and exotic vegetation.

The Club Hacienda section offers its own reception, restaurant, bar, swimming pool and free access to the internet. Guests in this section may reserve up to four specialty a la carte restaurants per week.

Complimentary Green Fees

For travel 5/01/10-12/23/11, unlimited green fees included for all adult guests at the hotel. The Golf course is 36 holes and designed by Robert Trent Jones II. Restrictions apply. The use of a cart is mandatory and there is a charge of $65 per person in shared cart for an 18 hole round. Guests have access to complimentary on course food and beverage service provided by the Golf Course. Tee times can be arranged at - teetimes@rivieramaya-golfclub.com. For further Golf Course information you can go to www.rivieramaya-golfclub.com. If guests wish to cancel or reschedule their tee times, they must do with with at least 24 hours notice in order to avoid a no-show penalties.

CIVIL WEDDING PACKAGE

STANDARD WEDDING PACKAGE

v All legal fees for judge, marriage license and certificate.

v Marriage ceremony with music from CD (clients can bring their own music)

v Decorated location; the wedding location will be assigned after arrival.

v Floral bouquet for the bride and buttonhole for the groom.

v Wedding cake for 18 persons and 2 bottles of domestic sparkling wine.

v Dinner at one of the specialty restaurants:

o A la carte - if the wedding party is less than 15 people

o Set menu wedding groups bigger than 15 people

It will count as one of the dinners allowed to for the rest of the wedding party, dress code required.

v Flower arrangement on the table.

v Free upgrade for the wedding couple upon availability. Special amenities in the room.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

v Valid passports. In case the bride name is not the same in her passport than in her birth certificate and she wants to get married with the same name of her birth certificate she should bring her birth certificate (original) apostilled by the government of her country and translated into Spanish by a Mexican official translator (stamped). Driver license will not be accepted by the official.

v If the bride is widow or divorced is also necessary she brings her birth certificate (original) apostilled by the government of her country and translated into Spanish by a Mexican official translator (stamped).

v Tourist Card. (Clients get this card upon arrival at the airport in Mexico)

v Medical Papers: Blood tests (Sexually Transmitted diseases VDRL, HIV, Blood Type) and medical certification stating that all results were negative and patient is physically in good health. You have to get these papers done here in Mexico (approximate cost: 70.00 USD per person) .

v Four witnesses: two for the bride and two for the groom with valid passport (driver license) will not be accepted by the official. The witnesses have to be older than 18 years. All witnesses must come in person to the appointment with the wedding coordinator with their valid passport and tourist card at least 4 labor days prior to the wedding date.
