- Legal/civil ceremonies are performed in spanish only. Interpreter for ceremony can be provided.
- Fireworks presentation will be held at the photography session. In case of inclement weather, fireworks presentation will not be extended. No credits will be adjusted.
- Dinner reservations at selected restaurants up to 35 guests. If you have more guests, a private function can be purchased.
- Ceremony locations: Beach area
- Bride and Groom are required to arrive to the Resort three business days prior to the ceremony.
- Administrative / Government fees of $300.00 will be applied to all civil ceremonies performed by a justice of the peace in addition to package cost. Translation fees for documents will be charged at the resort according to documents and number of pages.
- Complimentary Package does not apply if requested onsite.
- Symbolic weddings are not legally binding ceremonies.
- Depending on selection of requested flowers, additional costs may apply. Please note our onsite flower selection highly depends on the time of year as well as our weekly imports received. Certain flowers may not be available.
- The Personal "My Palace Weddings Website" will be provided once wedding ceremony has been confirmed. The wedding couple will be able to customize their own page including the options to download pictures, engagement videos, download musicthe possibilities are endless.
- Wedding cake included in our collections will be customized for number of guest attending wedding.
- In case of inclement weather, fireworks presentation will not be extended. No credits will be adjusted.
- Four bottles of champagne are included in the Complimentary and Wedding Collections Packages.
- Dinner reservations at selected restaurants up to 35 guests. If you have more guests, a private function can be purchased.
- Musician's selection is subject to availability.
- Décor included in the wedding collections will be extended exclusively for the ceremony.
- Photography packages are ready within 72 business hours.
- Upon check-in couples are required to proceed towards the Honeymoon desk in order to reconfirm their honeymoon package amenities.
- A penalty of $300.00 will be charged to credit card if reservation is cancelled within 45 days of the wedding date
- No personal checks will be accepted at the resort
